INGREDIENTS
All cakes, fillings, and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, or other allergens.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform me before confirming their booking of any allergy issues.
Customers must inform their guests about all allergy information. Cakes Deelux will not be liable for any allergic reactions resulting from cake consumption.
All products are made to be eaten within 3 days from the pickup day.
ORDERS
We prefer at least seven days' notice for all orders, as we are continually booked in advance. However, we will endeavor to accept short-notice cake orders when availability permits.
Any products ordered based on a picture or photo created by another cake maker will be reproduced by us only as our interpretation of that product. Please note that the final result will not be an exact reproduction of the image provided.
POSTPONEMENT
If, for any reason, the event is required to be postponed, please contact us immediately.
The new date proposed will be subject to availability.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold your date within seven (7) days before pickup.
If we have delivered the quoted and invoiced product, but the customer does not accept it, the deposit will not be refunded. The customer has the option to pay the remaining balance and take the product or leave it without any additional cost.
Delivery
If you would like to add delivery to your order, please place your order and then contact us by email (mhaghiac@gmail.com) or phone (330-340-5697) to request a delivery add-on for an additional fee.
Return Policy
1. All orders are final sale.
2. If the cake does not meet your expectations upon pickup or delivery, we will offer a refund (minus a 25% handling/cancellation fee). This refund will be given as a store credit (no cash/money refunds will be given)
Note: The cake must be returned to receive a refund in store credit. A refund will only be granted if you refuse to "accept" the cake at the time of pickup or delivery. We do not give refunds under any other circumstances or after you have left the premises with the cake.
